Nutrient-rich wild vegetables are abundant in our neighborhoods. They offer a healthy addition to our nutrition. Let an expert take you "horta hunting"!
Maija Narinen, an expert on wild herbs and vegetables, will be your guide. The program begins in our beach tent with an introduction to these wild vegetables. After this we head out to the forests and meadows in the vicinity, to see which plants we encounter. Upon our return to the paddling center we will taste some wild vegetables and drink herbal tea brewed from wild herbs. We will also discuss the seasonal availability of different wild veggies and ways to include them in our everyday life.

This tour is suitable for everyone. We will be walking in the forest and on meadows.
