Natura Viva Season Passes
Sales items such as used kayaks and waterproof phone pouches are not covered by exercise benefits. You also cannot use exercise benefits to pay for accommodation services or saunas.
Natura Viva accepts all major exercise benefits
Paying with exercise benefits is easy! Smartum, Edenred, and Epassi work as payment methods directly in the online store.
We also accept traditional exercise‐benefit vouchers, which can be used on site at our destinations.
Payment with exercise-benefit mobile applications is also possible at our destinations.

Add the service to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout
Select your desired exercise benefit as the payment method and proceed to pay!
If you have traditional exercise‐benefit vouchers, come to one of our destinations to pay.
Are excersise benefits personal?
Yes, all exercise benefits are personal.
Can exercise benefits be used for advance reservations?
We only accept paid reservations, so please make your advance reservation via Natura Viva’s online store.
Exceptional cases regarding exercise benefits
If you want to pay for only part of a service using sports benefits, please contact info@naturaviva.fi and mention the following:
Specify which service you wish to purchase (if it is time-bound, also mention the time and duration).
State how you wish to split the payment, for example:
“100 € with exercise benefits and the rest by, for example, card payment.”
