Located by the sea at Vuosaari Paddling Centre, VAJA Seaside Venue offers a cosy and adaptable setting for meetings, parties, training sessions and all kinds of group events. The space can be booked all year round, and its large windows and open views bring nature into your event.

A versatile space for meetings and events

VAJA seats up to 36 people for dining. The number and layout of the tables can be freely adjusted to suit your event. When empty, the space is ideal for yoga classes, workshops, wellbeing days or other guided activities.

The space has modern meeting technology and an air-source heat pump that keeps the temperature comfortable both in the summer heat and in cooler seasons. The doors can be kept open while the terrace glazing is closed, filling the space with natural light and a seaside atmosphere whatever the weather.

Easy catering from Cafe Harbö

VAJA is part of a licensed area, so bringing or consuming your own food and drinks is not allowed. Delicious catering can be ordered for your event from Cafe Harbö's catering selection, which makes organising your event effortless.
