How booking works
Only the kayak model you book matters – the kayaks in the season pass store aren't numbered.
Example: If you book Rainbow Oasis #1, you can take any Rainbow Oasis from the season pass store.
Booking a kayak for a friend
Always add your friend's name and phone number to the additional information of your order. Make sure you both read the safety instructions – in the confirmation email or at the base – before you head out.
If your friend has a season pass, you can book a kayak for them too by selecting 2 participants and two kayaks.
If your friend doesn't have a season pass, you can make a paid booking for them together with your own.
Overnight booking
You can also book equipment for an overnight trip.
If your booking lasts 24 hours or less, book as usual.
If it lasts longer than 24 hours, book the first 24 hours first, then extend it with a second booking.
The price of an overnight booking is 10€ / night
You can pay the overnight fee together with your kayak booking.
The overnight fee can also be paid with sport and exercise benefits directly in our online shop.
