We meet in front of the Haltian Nature Centre and walk down to the sandy beach with a guide. Each participant will be provided with their own board and the necessary equipment. The guide will go through the safety aspects of the trip, give technique tips and then we are ready for the trip. During the trip we paddle at a leisurely pace enjoying the lake scenery. We will also explore the ancient wall paintings on the western shore of Lake Pitkäjärvi, which are over 5000 years old.

Starting point of the excursion: Nature centre Haltia, Espoo.
Date : from the beginning of May to the end of September at any time by arrangement.
Number of participants: 8-16 people.
Level of difficulty: no previous paddling experience is required. The boards used are sturdy and stable, so you can come paddling with a relaxed attitude.
The price includes: professional guiding, SUP boards, paddles, paddling gear, paddling vests, water bottles and, if necessary, water and windproof paddling jackets. The price includes the beach use fee for Solvalla Sports Academy.
