Oravankolo and Tikankolo - wilderness cabins in Nuuksio National Park

Oravankolo and Tikankolo are traditional wilderness cabins in Nuuksio National Park. The cabins are without water and electricity, so you can live a traditional forest life. Both cabins are located on the shores of a pond, and you can take a dip in them directly from the wood-fired sauna. Both Tikankolo and Oravankolo can accommodate six people. Book early - the best dates go really fast!

Cottage, caravan site or log cabin in Teijo National Park

Teijo National Park offers a wide range of accommodation! Right next to the most popular route in Teijo National Park, the Matildanjärvi loop, you can book cabin accommodation. Matildanjärvi cottages have electricity and a fireplace and are suitable for six people. The cottage booking also includes a free sauna shift at the Matildanjärvi sauna, where you can also easily swim. The cottages are best suited for groups of friends or families with children.

Are you travelling by caravan or camper van? Matildanjärvi caravan sites are located in the middle of the National Park and there are several National Park trails starting from the vicinity. Facilities at the caravan site include a dishwasher, toilets, shower, etc. At the nature centre you can hire fatbikes and water sports equipment to explore the national park and the surrounding areas. For those who have booked a caravan pitch, a sauna is also available at a special price!

You can also rent a log cabin on the northern shore of Lake Matilda. The hut is heated by a fireplace in the middle and can easily accommodate up to ten people! A hiking trail runs in the vicinity of the cottage, where you can admire the lake landscape and marshland.

Myllyjärvi cottage in Fiskars - natural tranquillity at the tip of the peninsula

Myllyjärvi cottage is located at the very tip of the peninsula. There are no other cottages on the shores of Lake Myllyjärvi, so you can spend time in nature in complete privacy. The cottage has electricity and running water. The cottage is small and best suited for 2-3 people. During the summer season, the Tentsile tree-tent is also included in the booking, which can comfortably accommodate five people.

During the summer season, a Tentsile tree-tent is also available for booking in Lake Myllyjärvi, with an outdoor hut and a cooking shelter for those who book it. During the winter season, the hut and the outdoor shelter can be booked for day use.
