Malmviikinlahti Campfire Site

Visit Isoholma Island at sea – Malmviikinlahti campfire site has a swimming beach and a guest harbour

Isoholma Island is part of Teijo National Park – the island is located in the Teijonselkä sea area off the coast of Teijo National Park. Isoholma has two rest areas: the Meriholma lean-to shelter at the northern tip of the island, and the Malmviikinlahti campfire site at the end of the sheltered Malmviikinlahti Bay.

There is plenty to do for the whole family at Malmviikinlahti. At the campfire site and in the guest harbour you can enjoy snacks, and children (and of course adults too) will enjoy cooling off in the refreshing waters of the swimming beach located next to the rest area. There is also a dry toilet by the campfire site. You can also hike on Isoholma, as a five-kilometre nature trail circles the island. Isoholma is one of the most fascinating nature destinations in Teijo National Park.

For the time being, there is no public boat connection to Isoholma from other parts of the national park or from the Teijo area. There is no firewood service at Malmviikinlahti.
